Remember that your spiritual health and emotional encouragement are just as important as your physical health, so make sure to nourish those aspects of yourself, too.

I was fortunate to have played sports since 4th grade. The habit of exercise became ingrained in me. Many people are not as lucky as I am, and exercise can be challenging. Regular exercise and a healthy diet and lifestyle can help us feel better, function better, sleep better, and live our lives to the fullest. ~ Bill Greguska
