Get Right With God Before It Is Too Late!

Get right with God

When you get right with God, that is the most important thing you will do in your life!

Get Right With God Before It Is Too Late!

When you get right with God, it does not mean you will no longer sin, but it means you will start sinning less!

Get Right With God…

What does get right with God mean to you? Some people think that going to church on Sundays, or giving money to the poor, or helping someone are good ways to get right with God. (not that they are not good) The thing is that it is not true, we can not get right with God by doing things (works) but rather by faith and follow His teaching from His Word the Bible.
Doing good things like giving money to the poor, going to church, or other things like that, you can NOT earn your way into heaven as many people might think. All you need to do is to humbly come to God asking for forgiveness, turning from your sin and have a begin a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

How to get right with God?

Getting right with God is that you accept and believe what God’s word says in the Bible and that you want to do your life the way God wants you to do it, rather than your way. Looking back even when I was little growing up, my heart wanted to please God, yet my flesh wanted to please myself.
Even after getting right with God, the struggle still remains, yet with God’s help, the victories are greater in number. You will always have to deal with sin until the day you die, bottom line, get right with God now, and you can spend the rest of your days here on earth doing God’s will and one day when your time is up here on earth, you will be able to spend eternity with God in heaven!  Check out Bill Greguska

Do You Want To Get Right With God?

“There is only one way by which I can get right with God, and that is through the death of Jesus Christ. I must get rid of the underlying idea that I can ever be right with God because of my obedience. Who of us could ever obey God to absolute perfection!” ~ Oswald Chambers

Isaiah 41:10 So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Have Faith In Jesus Christ!

You need to have faith in Jesus Christ and accept Him as your Lord and Savior.  Like it says in Romans 10: 9-10 If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.  For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.
People have asked me how they can get right with God? I can only say for sure how it happened for me that it was first to hit bottom in my life. When I did that, I realized that I could not save myself from what I got myself into. I needed God to help me and when I did that, then that is when I started to get right with God. Each one of us has their story about how God made Himself known to each of us.

STEP 1: How To Discover God’s Purpose And Plan?

How To Discover God’s Purpose And Plan?

When you get right with God, it is like having a mulligan (free do-over in golf). Your sins will be forgiven and you can start living right!

God loves you and wants you to experience peace and life abundant and eternal. Get right with God by getting under His umbrella of protection! The Bible says:

Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

John 3:16 “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”

Sin is why people don’t have this peace and abundant life that God planned for us to have, but God has a plan “B”

STEP 2: How To Rebuild Your Relationship With God?

God created us in His image. He did not make us as robots to automatically love and obey Him. God gave us a will and freedom of choice. We chose to disobey God and do our will. We still make this choice today. The Bible says:

Romans 3:23 ”For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.”

Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

Our futile attempts to reach God. People have tried in many ways to bridge this gap between themselves and God. No bridge reaches God except one which is Jesus Christ.

STEP 3: How To Get Right With God?

Jesus Christ died on the Cross and rose from the grave. He paid the penalty for our sin and bridged the gap between God and people. The Bible says:

1 Timothy 2:5 “For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Jesus Christ.”

1 Peter 3:18 “For Christ died for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God.”

Romans 5:8 “But God demonstrates his love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”

God has provided the only way. Each and every person must make a free choice to accept Jesus Christ or not?

STEP 4: How To Receive Jesus Christ Into Your Life!

We must trust Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and receive Him by personal invitation. The Bible says:

Revelation 3:20 “Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me.”

Romans 10:9 “That if you confess with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.”

Are you interested in a real relationship with Jesus Christ now? It is not a magical thing, but rather it is an agreement in your heart between just you and God. When a person gets baptized, that will be a public display of his or her faith with the community of other believers.

“Abraham wasn’t perfect. He failed, made mistakes. But, he would go back, get right with God, and then just keep moving forward. He didn’t quit when things got hard. He just kept on going. And everywhere he went, God was there. God was with him.” ~ Anne Graham Lotz

James 5:16  Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful.
