Matthew 15:34-37 “How many loaves do you have?” Jesus asked. “Seven,” they replied, “and a few small fish.” He told the crowd to sit down on the ground. Then he took the seven loaves and the fish, and when he had given thanks, he broke them and gave them to the disciples, and they, in turn to the people. They all ate and were satisfied. Afterward, the disciples picked up seven basketfuls of broken pieces that were left over.

Most Americans Need To Try To Eat Healthy Food!
A saying goes, “You are what you eat.” In that case, if you eat healthy food, you will tend to be more beneficial. If you eat unhealthily, you will grow to be more physically unhealthy. It seems to be pretty logical and straightforward. Learn how to eat better food and more healthy food. Try to avoid fried, processed foods with too much salt and sugar.
I realized the importance of water in our diet, so I decided to drink 32-64 ounces of water first thing in the morning when I take my vitamins. Vitamins are an excellent supplement to our diet, and you should contact your doctor before taking vitamins. I take vitamin D and vitamin B complex. Other good vitamins are vitamin C, Zinc, and other vitamins, depending on your needs and health, such as Fish Oil. Plus, could you use proper discretion about how much food you eat? Don’t forget to exercise and sleep for 7-8 hours. ~ Bill Greguska
Daniel 1:12-16 “Please test your servants for ten days: Give us nothing but vegetables to eat and water to drink. Then compare our appearance with that of the young men who eat the royal food, and treat your servants by what you see.” So he agreed to this and tested them for ten days. At the end of the ten days, they looked healthier and better nourished than any of the young men who ate the royal food. So the guard took away their choice of food and the wine they were to drink and gave them vegetables instead.
