God looks at our hearts! Stop wearing masks! NeedEncouragement.comPlease contact us if you have questions or if you need some encouragement.

When we try to impress others by making them think we are someone we are not, we are guilty of wearing masks with them. It’s like putting on a disguise that hides our true selves, denying the unique person that God created us to be. But here’s the thing – no matter how convincing our masks may seem, we can never fool God! Because God sees beyond the façade and knows every intricate detail of who we truly are. So instead of striving to be someone else, I encourage you to embrace your authentic self. Stop wearing masks and start living in alignment with your God-given identity. Be yourself and do not worry if others will accept you, God will put the right people in your life who will love and accept you.

In this journey towards being genuine, it can be challenging to break free from the habit of putting on those deceptive masks. That’s where finding an accountability partner comes into play. By sharing your struggles and vulnerabilities with someone trustworthy, you invite honesty and transparency into your life. This individual will walk alongside you as a support system, gently nudging you toward authenticity whenever you’re tempted to put on a mask again. Remember – none of us were meant to navigate through life alone. We all need God and others for guidance and encouragement along the way. So reach out for help when needed because together, as a community united under His love, we can conquer any temptation or fear that tries to keep us hidden behind false identities. Let go of pretending; embrace who you truly are in all its flaws and strengths alike – for only then will you experience true freedom and joy in living authentically before both. ~ Bill Greguska

1 Thessalonians 2:5  You know we never used flattery, nor did we put on a mask to cover up greed- God is our witness.

How To Be Happy In Life ~ Stop Wearing Masks!

Internet Sources Of Happiness

Think You Could Find More Happiness?

  • Happy people keep connected with their families, friends, fellow church members, and others, not wearing masks. The bonds that happy people make increase their happiness and contentment in life. On the other hand, those who do not keep close friendships tend to experience depression and other mental health issues.
  • Happy people set Physical, Spiritual, Social as well and Emotional goals.  Taking care of one’s social and emotional health is very critical to experiencing happiness. Happy people take care of their minds and body and manage their stress. Focusing on your health doesn’t just mean exercising. Happy people behave like happy people.
  • Happy people smile, are warm towards others, and invest energy and enthusiasm in almost everything they do. Praying and meditating on God’s word is very important and often overlooked, not to mention practicing acts of kindness and brotherly love, which can make a big difference in the happiness you will or will not experience.
  • Happy people- having gratitude for who and what they have in their life and the things they do not have- can be two significant factors when striving to be happy. Take a moment right now and write down at least 5-10 things you are grateful for; this is good to do every day; you do not always have to write them down, but at least think about them or say them out loud to a friend.
  • Happy people- typically do not have pity parties or overly complain about things; they stop wearing masks. Instead, keep themselves positive by realizing that there are two things in life to think about, “Don’t sweat the small stuff, and the second thing is that everything is small stuff in the light of eternity. They know when to let go and turn the page on certain things. Happy people typically don’t lose sleep over things because they practice self-control.
  • Happy people- help others by volunteering their time; they have a healthy perspective about how much contentment material possessions offer to their lives. Also, happy people can deal with stressful life situations because they have developed successful coping strategies. Again, happy people even try to focus on other people’s needs and engage others in talking about themselves.
