Words are something to build up or tear down others. It is not that difficult to practice using words to help others rather than hurt them. Words are so very important. Are you careful how you use your words?

Our emotions can spark words we do not mean to say, but on the other hand, our emotions can stir up a word in a positive, loving way. It is all in how we use our words that matter. If you think about it, using words to build up others is as easy as using words to harm others. ~ Bill Greguska

Proverbs 16:24  Gracious words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones.

Encouraging Words Can Make A Difference!

I Love The Acronym T.H.I.N.K.

It makes you reevaluate how you speak to others and behind their back. Before you speak, ask yourself the following five things before you begin talking to help you decide if something is worth saying. Ask yourself what I am about to say, is it:

  1. True

  2. Helpful

  3. Inspiring

  4. Necessary

  5. Kind

Start Practice Using Encouraging Words!

Most everyone uses words daily to communicate feelings and thoughts in some way or another. Since we use words anyway, why not use encouraging words in conversations with others? Below is a list of encouraging words that are easy to use in our discussions with others each day.
You will find that by using these words, you will not only be encouraging others but also begin to feel more encouraged and confident. I am convinced that others will start to understand the value of encouragement as you use encouraging words in your life more after today! Of course, there are thousands of other encouraging words, but with this list, you are on your way to being more positive and encouraging starting today! ~ Bill Greguska
