When I think about the power and significance of God’s word, it reminds me of a sturdy rock that I can always try to rely on. It is my daily go-to place whenever I need direction or wise counsel in life. And what’s even more amazing is that God’s word works through others to help me, and through me to help others too! This is why Biblical encouragement holds such a special place in my heart. It helps me navigate through challenging waters by providing hope, strength, and comfort when I need it most.

While self-help books may offer some temporary relief or guidance, nothing compares to the truth and wisdom found within the pages of the Bible itself. If something you read isn’t grounded in Biblical principles or teachings, it may do more harm than good in the long run. So let us continually seek out sources of Biblical encouragement – whether it be through prayer, fellowship with other believers, or reading Scripture ourselves – so that we can be strengthened and empowered to face whatever challenges come our way! I know that the only things that self-help books can help a person with are the books that point people to God’s word. ~ Bill Greguska

Psalm 121:1-2 I lift up my eyes to the mountains. Where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.

The Bible Is Kind Of Like A Medical First Aid Kit!

What Is Biblical Encouragement? NeedEncouragement.com

Biblical encouragement happens when you apply what the Bible says and put it into action to affect your life positively!

Do you believe Biblical encouragement can help? It only works when you apply it to your life in the areas needing help. Although using it as prevention is much wiser.  When you read the Bible, keep your eyes open and be aware of instructions, lessons, commands, and examples that you can apply to help bring healing to your life!

Look back in your own life, and you will see that the results were often less than favorable when you reacted to your own will before going for Biblical encouragement through God’s Word or prayer. I know for a fact that it is true in my life. We do not have all the wisdom we need to make wise choices. God’s word comes in and leads us and directs us through safe waters. Biblical encouragement from God’s Word will keep you from sin, or sin will keep you from God’s word! ~ Bill Greguska.
