Following a structured workout plan can significantly improve overall health and reduce stress and depression, two motivations for getting physically fit to better cope with challenges.

I am grateful to have been an excellent basketball player in high school, so I know how valuable training and healthy exercise can be.

The way I look at working out now, over 30 years later, is a little different, but the concept is the same: you must move it (your body), or you won’t lose it (excess weight).
