Sometimes when we do not feel too good, it can be quite perplexing to understand what is truly happening within us. However, with the help of a remarkable tool called the feelings identifier, we can unravel the mysteries that lie both outside and inside our hearts. This incredible resource enables us to break down those major emotions we all experience and takes us on a journey deeper within ourselves to identify their roots. What is even more remarkable than the feeling identifier is when we take our cares in faith to the Lord in prayer. It says in 1 Peter 5:7 Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.

Armed with this newfound understanding of our emotions, we gain an invaluable ability to deal with our problems more accurately and effectively navigate life’s challenges. As we become aware of these emotions, patterns begin to emerge in our behavior, allowing us to confront situations more healthily. It is important to remember that God has blessed each one of us with this complex range of emotions; however, at times they may become jumbled up like puzzle pieces scattered across a table. But fear not! Through the use of this feelings identifier and by seeking God’s guidance, we can manage them in ways that are more aligned with His divine wisdom and grace. ~ Bill Greguska

Hebrews 4:15  For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet he did not sin.

How Christians Respond To Emotions ~ Dr. Josh And Christi Straub

What Should We Do When Facing Problems?

We need to be aware of what is happening around us and evaluate what we are hearing, seeing, and feeling in our circumstances. It is important to be able to discern if someone is being a threat to our safety, lying to us, trying to manipulate us for their gain financially, or whatever their motivation may be. We need to be calm and wise, trying not to knee-jerk a response that we might regret later on. It says in Romans 12:18 If it is possible as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.  ~ Bill Greguska
