Sin And Satan! We take captive every thought against Sin and Satan!

Please contact us if you have questions or comments or want encouragement.

Satan was one of God’s angels, yet he rebelled against God and wanted to take the place of God. What God did was to cast him out of heaven with many other fallen angels (demons). Satan does not have more power than God, so Satan’s way to get back at God has been to infiltrate the earth with sin and pain. Those who do not understand Satan would not be aware of his tricks to harm us. God has made it clear that we need to put our full armor of God on that is found in Ephesians 6:10-18.

Temptation and Sin are not the same things! An analogy would be being tempted to be hungry, but the sin would be like eating. Our world is under the influence of Satan, but we, followers of Christ Jesus, are ultimately victorious, even though we still have to endure pain and problems here on earth. Christ on the cross paid for the sins we have committed, we are committing, and we will commit until we die. I vaguely remember something Bill Graham said about there being pleasure in sin, yet it only lasts for a short season but leads to death. That right there inspires me to fight and run from all sins that Satan tries to tempt us with. ~ Bill Greguska

Proverbs 29:22  An angry person stirs up conflict, and a hot-tempered person commits many sins.
