I appreciate what Leo Buscaglia once said, “Worry never robs tomorrow of its sorrow; it only saps today of its peace.” Joy and happiness are two different things; joy is more of an attitude, and happiness is a fleeting emotion that comes and goes. Remember that all good things come from God, and those are the things we will find peace and happiness. It does not come from material things, although material things are necessary. Joy is an attitude we can cultivate no matter our circumstances. Remember that joy is best when shared with others!
It’s Not Something That Can Be Bought Or Achieved Through Material Possessions. Instead, True Joy And Happiness Comes From A Deep Sense Of Contentment And Satisfaction And Doing Good Which Is The Will Of God! There Is A Difference Between Happiness And Joy! Happiness Is Shorter Lasting, While Joy Is Longer Lasting. Keeping In Mind That Joy Is Best When Shared!
When we focus on obedience to God, joy becomes a natural byproduct of that relationship. But it doesn’t stop there – people who love us and whom we love in return. Whether it’s family or friends, these relationships bring us immeasurable pleasure and fulfillment. However, when we confuse these sources of happiness with material things like cars and vacations, our peace and happiness become fleeting at best. So let’s prioritize our values correctly: seek first His kingdom and righteousness (Matthew 6:33), obey God wholeheartedly, love others generously – and then watch as He fills us with abundant joy beyond measure! ~ Bill Greguska
Galatians 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness.

How To Have Joy No Matter What?
Where Do You Go To Find Joy In Life?
Learn to turn sadness into joy! Learn that Jesus can help you focus on what gives you pleasure while keeping you from sin. Turn sadness into joy! Jesus can help you to focus on the things that give you peace and security.
To find peace and happiness in life, you need to look a little harder because it is hidden under all the things you think are essential but are not. You will discover that what brings you joy is not things you can purchase at the store. Instead, they are not things usually but Jesus Christ and people in your life.
Yes, things and activities can bring joy, too, but life’s meaning is not defined correctly without God and others! Remember that feelings are not right or wrong necessarily; it is what you do with those feelings, good or evil!
Remember, do not always run from painful situations. Sometimes, you must deal with bad feelings and get over them sooner rather than later! Find peace in life and remember that you should not worry because whatever problem you have, this too shall pass. Always keep that in mind. ~ Bill Greguska

How Can I Find Joy And Happiness In Life Again?
Joy is determined by how and what our focus is on. Grief comes in many different ways: The loss of someone due to death, the loss of a job, a medical diagnosis, and after a breakup. You might think you’re lonely because you miss dating someone, but this might not always be true. Please don’t trust casual acquaintances to be real friends you can trust with everything; please be careful with who is trustworthy and who is not. There’s nothing at all wrong with having many acquaintances. Don’t let Satan steal your peace and happiness in any situation you find yourself in.
Joy And Happiness Amid Difficulties!
(This section is from The Book I wrote)
Lord, after struggling with it for a while, I have become committed to seeing the glass half full rather than half empty. If you are for me, who can be against me? If things make my life difficult, I remember that “this too shall pass.” I need to be thankful for every moment you give me and try to use it in the best way possible to glorify you.
Lord, I find joy in seeking your will in my life. Help me to focus on you, rather than people and things, to find joy. Finding happiness in you is real and worthwhile. I can find joy in my difficulties by encouraging others.
James 1:2 ~ Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds.
There are souls in this world which have the gift of finding joy everywhere and of leaving it behind them when they go. ~ Jean Paul, German romantic writer best known for his humorous novels and stories.
