When I was a young boy, I used to dream about going to heaven one day. It seemed like a wondrous place filled with eternal joy and peace. Back then, I believed all it took to secure my spot in heaven was being good – following the rules, helping others, and making the right choices.
Ephesians 2:8-9 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works so that no one can boast.

How Can I Know For Sure If Heaven Will Be My Home?
Face it. The day we step into eternity may come sooner than we think. In preparation for that moment, we need to know this truth: not everyone is going to heaven. How can we know for sure that we are going to heaven? Some 2,000 years ago, the apostles Peter and John were preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ to a large crowd in Jerusalem. Peter made a profound statement that still resonates in our postmodern world: “Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12).
Now, as then, Acts 4:12 is not politically correct. Today, it’s popular to say, “Everyone’s going to heaven” or “All paths lead to heaven.” Many think they can have heaven without Jesus. They want the glory but don’t want to be bothered by the cross, much less the One who died there. Many refuse to accept Jesus as the only way to heaven and are determined to find another path. But Jesus warns that no other path exists and that rejecting this truth leads to an eternity in hell. The message is clear: “Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God’s wrath remains on them” (John 3:36). Faith in Christ is the key to going to heaven.

What Did Jesus Do?
Jesus’ selfless act of sacrificing himself wiped away our sins and paved the way for us to enter eternity with God! Have you accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior? Accepting Jesus as my Lord and Savior, knowing He paid the price for all of humanity’s transgressions, brought me great comfort and assurance regarding my destination after this earthly life ends – yes, going to heaven!
This knowledge isn’t based on any actions or accomplishments of mine; rather, it rests solely on my faith in Jesus and my following Him. Jesus did it all. Eternity does not start the moment when we die. It begins when we become Born Again, which lasts for eternity!~ Bill Greguska

Is It True That All Roads Lead To God?
2 Timothy 4:7-8 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day—and not only to me but also to all who have longed for his appearing.
Romans 10:9-11 If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you accept and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame.”

What is your decision going to be?
- It has been made known to us that we all have sinned and deserve God’s judgment, as revealed in God’s Word.
- God, the Father, sent His only Son to satisfy that judgment for those who believe in Him.
- Jesus, the creator and eternal Son of God, who lived a sinless life, loves us so much that He died for our sins.
- According to the Bible, He took the punishment that we deserved, was buried, and rose from the dead.
- If you truly believe and trust this in your heart, receiving Jesus alone as your Savior, declaring, “Jesus is Lord,” you will be saved from judgment and spend eternity with God in heaven.
