I would NOT suggest making extreme changes all at once; cut back, maybe by almost 1/2 as much as you have been eating, as you pray, and ask God to give you the wisdom and strength to practice portion control and choose foods that will not be detrimental to your health. There is an acronym G.O.D., which stands for “Good Orderly Direction.” We can find this direction with prayer and wisdom from God’s word.
Most likely, you have acquired some bad habits that need to be adjusted. I think you should focus on increasing your water intake. Remember, eating healthy is a marathon commitment, not a sprint.
