This page talks about what is most important: We believe that loving God and loving others by encouraging and helping the people around you. This is highlighted in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 and Proverbs 11:25 to show that God comforts us so we can comfort others, and that those who refresh others will also be refreshed. We encourage you to use your God-given gifts to serve family, church, neighbors, and people in need, and we also offer links, helplines, Christian resources, and encouragement for those seeking faith, recovery, counseling, or practical help. We all have been comforted at some point, and it’s truly a wonderful feeling. It reminds me of what is beautifully stated in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 “Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we receive from God.” This passage highlights two valuable skills: receiving comfort and extending it to others. It is also the scripture that Pastor Ron and Sue Sauer encouraged me to start this website.

1 Thessalonians 5:11 Therefore, encourage one another and build each other up, just as, in fact, you are doing.

Helping Others…

When we selflessly offer support and assistance with genuine intentions, something incredible happens – not only do we provide relief or aid to someone else, but we also experience an uplifting refreshment within ourselves. You will find that the reciprocation between being a helper and receiving blessings from above is awe-inspiring. Therefore, I encourage you to focus on supporting your family, as they are closest to you.

Look for opportunities to assist others within your church community or neighborhood. And if you’re unsure exactly where you could contribute with your unique gifts and talents. Take a few moments and think about where you could use the gifts and talents that God has given you. If you cannot think of a place, use the internet and search for volunteer positions. Getting out of yourself and pouring yourself into good causes is a very wise thing to do. No matter where you decide to help, please do yourself a favor and help however you can; you will not regret it. You will be blessed! ~ Bill Greguska
