Why did Jesus have to die on the cross if we could earn heaven by just going to church?

Please get in touch with us if you have any questions or need some encouragement.  I encourage you to learn why the church is essential. Do you believe that church attendance is a crucial aspect of being a Christian? It allows us to unite with other believers and worship God as one community. We can hear the word of God shared by pastors, offer support and encouragement to one another in times of need, and build lasting relationships that feel like family. It says in Hebrews 10:24-25  And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.

Attending Church Regularly Doesn’t Guarantee Entry Into Heaven, But It Does Help Us Grow In Our Faith And Deepen Our Relationship With Christ. In Today’s World, Where Many People Feel Isolated Or Alone, the Church Provides An Opportunity For Meaningful Connections And A Sense Of Love And Belonging… Of Course, Besides Being Fed On God’s Word!

Dealing With Sin in the Church

Matthew 18:15
“If your brother or sister sins, go and point out their fault, just between the two of you. If they listen to you, you have won them over.

Take A Look At Your Church Attendance.

Let’s prioritize attending church whenever possible, because when we do, we strengthen ourselves and the broader body of Christians who share this journey with us! Keep your mind focused on the church service rather than on what you will have for lunch or the upcoming football game. Ask God to help you worship Him in a way that honors Him. ~ Bill Greguska

Church Attendance Is Very Important!

Can Church Attendance Get anyone Into Heaven? NeedEncouragement.com

Get right with God before it is too late!

Why can’t I stay home and pray? Like many of us, I was not particularly eager to attend church when I was growing up, but I knew it was good for me to hear God’s word. I would have to say no to answer the question because the thief on the cross did not attend church, but Jesus said he would be with Him in paradise. God calls us to gather in fellowship with one another, to encourage, strengthen, and walk in faith together, and to build each other up.

Yes, as a youngster, my attention wandered. When I was a kid, I used to ask myself why I even attended church; it wasn’t until I got a little older that I understood! I learned that attending church on Sundays was meant to honor God and that this should carry over into the rest of the week.  But thank God, now that I’m an adult, I enjoy attending church, hearing God’s Word, and fellowshipping with other believers regularly. ~ Bill Greguska

What Is The Importance Of Church Attendance?

Chruch attendance does not necessarily equal salvation. NeedEncouragement.com

Do not be fooled into thinking that just because you attend church, you are a Christian!

Church attendance is necessary for fellowship with other believers, for supporting and loving one another, and for reaching out to those who might not yet know the Lord. In addition to church, bible study is also essential.

Learning about God is another excellent reason to attend church. Whatever you do, do not take church for granted. We are blessed to attend church and honor and worship God, from whom all good things come. ~ Bill Greguska

Why Do I Need To Go To Church? Pastor John MacArthur

Think About This For A Minute:

Church attendance is essential. But remember that going to church does not make you a Christian any more than going to a garage makes you a car. Church attendance does not guarantee that you are saved or that you will go to heaven. It is good to be exposed to God’s word in church, but do not let that fool you into believing that is all you need.

A relationship with Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior is critical. Make sure you are Born Again and right with God! Please do not worry about being deceived. Many people who attend church are not Born Again or Right with God.
