Solving Marriage and Relationship Problems!

It is an everyday reality we all face. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed when life throws you a curveball, but remember that the shortest distance between a problem and its solution is between your knees and the floor. However, getting out of the situation and into a solution as quickly as possible is essential. Staying calm, thinking logically rather than emotionally, slowing your thoughts, or even writing them down on paper can be helpful tools during difficult times.

Remember, most decisions don’t require immediate action; take time to clarify your thinking and seek advice from experienced colleagues. You do not need to solve all your problems alone, either; God loves you and will help if you call upon Him through prayerful reflection and ask, “What do you want me to do, Lord?” This is where answers are found! So keep moving forward confidently, knowing that solving problems takes time but always leads to relationship growth!

Bring Your Struggles to God in Prayer!
"Can

Relationships can be complicated, especially when two people must be on the same page yet try to solve a common problem or concern without teamwork. God can teach you how to solve problems in your life. Otherwise, you will keep repeating them. Preventing issues is as essential as addressing them. We need to apply God’s wisdom to solve problems effectively. We all have to solve problems in life every day, and you know that issues will always be part of it.

Take all your challenges and concerns to God in prayer. Ask God to help give you the wisdom to get through whatever it is. Be patient as you wait to hear from God, and do not make a knee-jerk decision to get it done. Seek wise counsel to help, but first, always pray to God. If you would like, you can call 1-800-633-3446 to speak with a trained Christian counselor 24/7. Learn from Past Problems and Move Forward!

Solve problems by using patience!

Be a part of the solution rather than part of the problem.

Patience is needed when trying to solve problems in any relationship, whether it is a marriage, parent-child, teacher-student, boss-employee, or simply two friends, or an addiction or bad habit you are trying to overcome. We all struggle with one thing or another, and many of us ask God for His help by saying, “Why don’t you take this struggle from me?”

Remember that when you can’t solve a problem, do your best to manage it in the meantime by praying about it. I hear God saying something like – “I didn’t give it to you! Please don’t wait for me to swoop and rip it from your hands. No, the foot of the cross is the altar of sacrifices. If you don’t want it, lay it down at the altar and walk away. Please stop asking me to take away what I did not give you. Lay it down, submit it, and release it. I am waiting for you.” I had explained how God worked on me years ago when God helped me quit alcohol and drugs, destroying my life. God has been faithful in other areas of my life, such as helping me quit smoking. God is more than willing to do for you if you lay it down at the altar and walk away from it, no matter what you are struggling with, starting today.
