Start Feeling A Little Better!

If you wrote down ten things for which you are grateful to God, you would begin to feel much better. I get “depressed” sometimes, too. Still, since I experienced real depression in high school and a broken marriage, I have learned that feelings of depression are usually just feelings of sadness or physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual tiredness or burnout temporarily.
But if you think you are genuinely depressed, consider getting professional help. Antidepressants can be helpful; discretion is needed to determine if you are only experiencing sadness. I would try reading the list above first and see if that helps. If you feel suicidal, then get help right away. Here is a good page with information to help if you feel suicidal.
