Personal testimony is an incredible expression of how our lives have been transformed by the power of Jesus. It encompasses our journey from a spiritual emptiness to one filled with love, hope, and purpose. My testimony is marked by the influence of various people who significantly introduced me to the Christian faith. Pastors, friends, and fellow believers shared their experiences and knowledge with me throughout the years. While not just one person led me to the Lord, God used many individuals as vessels for His message. However, it was ultimately the work of the Holy Spirit that touched my heart and opened my eyes to comprehend what having a relationship with Jesus meant.

The Way I Lived, I Never Would Have Imagined That I Would Be Born Again!

Perhaps due to my reluctance to surrender or let go of some past sins that held me tightly. But on that remarkable day – June 25th, 1986 – I finally surrendered everything to God and asked Him to take control over my life. I became a new creation, born again, wanting to live for God. Since then, I have experienced immense gratitude for making this decision. Each of us possesses a unique personal testimony waiting to be shared with others; however, what truly matters is whether our testimonies include Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. In sharing my story before knowing Christ intimately—how I encountered Him—and witnessing how He has transformed me afterward—I hope others can find inspiration for their lives. As stated in 1 John 5:11 And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, which is in his Son. ~ Bill Greguska
